Assessing the yard and selecting sod variety

We evaluate your sunlight, drainage, and soil, then match the right Bermuda or Zoysia variety to your yard so it roots fast and thrives long-term.

Remove the old lawn

We strip out existing grass, weeds, and debris down to clean soil, giving your new sod a fresh, healthy base to root into instead of fighting old growth.

Step 03

Grade & prep the soil

We level and grade the yard — shaping it for proper water run-off away from your home — and prep the topsoil so the new roots take hold quickly.

Step 04

Lay the fresh-cut sod

Farm-fresh sod is delivered and laid tight, seam to seam, in a staggered pattern with edges trimmed to fit — for a seamless, even lawn from day one.

Step 05

Roll & water in

We roll the sod for firm soil-to-root contact, then give it a deep first watering to eliminate air pockets and kick off the rooting process.

Step 06

Aftercare guidance

You'll get a simple watering and mowing schedule for those critical first weeks, so your new lawn establishes strong roots and stays lush and green.
